Procedure: The time of the coaching calls will be communicated between coach and client based on a pre-determined time. The client will initiate all scheduled calls via zoom, or as otherwise agreed upon beforehand based on client’s individual needs.

Confidentiality: This coaching relationship, as well as all other information (whether documented or verbal) that the client shares with the coach as part of the relationship are bound by confidence. The coach agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to the client without the client’s consent.

Limited Liability: Except as expressly provided in this agreement, the coach makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied.

Refund Policy: If client would like to cancel the coaching contract, a 1-1 call is required to discuss the client experience before agreeing to terms of refund or end of contract. Andrea Giles Coaching will then prorate remaining calls and refund the amount.

Helping clients achieve their desired results is of utmost importance to Andrea. She is always open to feedback, ways to improve the client experience, and to hear if there are things not working and why. Running her business with integrity is a company value, so if there is a situation where a refund is the right thing to do, a refund will be issued.

The program is set up in a way that if client participates fully, she will get the desired results. The extent to which the client engaged in the program will be considered in evaluating issuing a refund or not.

This is the entire agreement of the parties, and reflects complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter.

This agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representation.

Your payment to Andrea Giles Coaching serves as your agreement to these terms and conditions.
